1. Sign into Quick Mark
2. Click "Pass Meds" in the middle here.

1. Click on morning, afternoon, evening based on your shift and which you are doing.

   

2. This screen will show meds for ALL residents, listed by resident. Residents in GREEN need meds.

   

3. Fill meds for the residents. Click on the first resident. This shows their meds they need.

   

4. Get the medication from the med cart and mark that you have it as you put it in the cup.

   1. Open the med cart.
   2. Find this pill pack
   3. put it in the cup
   4. mark it off. Click the medication which indicates that you have it.
   5. Do the next one if there is another box under the residents name.

1. Take their vital if that is requested as a box.

   1. The far right box here is requesting O2 levels.

   

2. Confirm you record it. Then it will show up as passed.
